Massage a nickel to quarter sized amount of NT Nourishing Treatment into the scalp and hair strands. Leave in for 4-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Apply Biotin Intense Volumizing Conditioner to hair. Leave in for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Towel dry hair and style as usual.
How often should I use the products?
The benefit of a subscription plan is that you never run out. You’ll always have exactly what you’ll need and you get it at a reduced price! Our plans are designed for daily usage, but for dry to normal hair, you may prefer to use the products every other day. We always recommend daily usage if you have oily hair.
I heard shampooing daily is bad.

Why is more hair than usual falling out after starting I’m Fully Soft?
