Order & Shipping Questions

Yes! You may change your subscription at any time. To make a change, log in to your account and navigate to the system. Select a new subscription from the drop down menu.
You will receive your first shipment within 5-7 business days after you place your order. Duo Systems (90-day supply) will be processed and shipped 90 days after the previous refill. Full Systems (30-day supply) will be processed and shipped 30 days after the previous refill. With the Regrowth.com subscription, your products will always arrive on time, so you’ll never run out.
Yes. However, for best results in regards, particularly volume and thickness, we suggest continuous use of all products. If your subscription includes Minoxidil, studies show that discontinued use of the product will likely result in future hair loss.

Hair Loss Questions
Hair loss is more common than you may think. In fact, 2 out of 3 men will experience hair loss by the age of 35 and 40% of women will experience it by 40. The most common cause of hair loss is androgenetic alopecia, also known as male-pattern baldness and female-pattern hair loss.
The best way to determine if you are experiencing normal hair loss is to speak with your physician.
Shedding is a normal process. In fact, you will typically lose about 100 hairs a day. This type of shedding usually doesn’t cause noticeable thinning of scalp hair because new hair is always growing in at the same time. Hair loss occurs when the cycle of hair growth and shedding is disrupted or when the hair follicle is destroyed and replaced with scar tissue.
There are many reasons for hair loss. The most common reasons are:
- The most common cause of hair loss is a hereditary condition called androgenetic alopecia, also known as male-pattern baldness and female-pattern hair loss. This type of hair loss occurs gradually with aging and in predictable patterns, such as a receding hairline and bald spots in men or thinning hair in women.

- Hairstyles and Treatments. Excessive hairstyling or hairstyles that pull your hair tight, such as pigtails or cornrows, can cause a type of hair loss called traction alopecia. Hot oil hair treatments and permanents can also cause inflammation of hair follicles that leads to hair loss. If scarring occurs, hair loss could be permanent.

Minoxidil is a hair loss and hair regrowth treatment that’s been FDA proven to treat male pattern hair loss and thinning in women. Minoxidil begins working immediately but can take several months to produce noticeable results.
Unlike drugs such as finasteride, which prevent hair loss by blocking DHT, direct application of Minoxidil creates a growth environment for existing hair follicles.
